NOTE: Effective November 4, 2018, the United States is scheduled to reimpose certain sanctions related to Iran. As a subsidiary of Harcros Chemicals, Inc., a U.S. company, Venus will be prohibited from engaging in any transactions, directly or indirectly, with the Government of Iran or any person or entity subject to the jurisdiction of Iran. Because Venus is prohibited from engaging in indirect transactions, this notice is to advise our customers that as of the effective date of the US Iran sanctions, products manufactured or distributed by Venus may not be resold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of, to Iran or any Iranian entity or person without first obtaining approval from the U.S. government or as otherwise authorized by U.S. law and regulations.
